Create Design Document for n-tier application

I need a professionally written software and system design document for an upcoming project. I need the design document to meet IEEE 1016 and 830 standards. I am asking for coders that have experience in writing design documents to bid on this project. The knowledge of programming and application building is a must because the author needs to be able to ask detailed questions to ensure the document is complete. This application/system will be client/server driven with a web interface. ## Deliverables Knowledge of application development is a must. Understanding what needs to be detailed in the design document is imperative.
