Dear sir, The easiest way seems to make a new table with formulas, selecting only the right data and making a chart over it. Otherwise, if your data fits in a simple vertical table, make a pivot table and you have some filters like “10 highest values” or “values superior to 47”. Last possibility, I can make a table with your items sorted by most frequent item, and stop at the point that you want, and create a bar chart over this new data. If you have Excel version >2016, there is a new functionality that makes easy bargraphs from random data. I can make very complex formulas with multi conditions and text search applied on big ranges of data. Example a formula to find the minimum value in column A, when a specific text exists in column B, other conditions in column C, and make operations on it in a single cell.
