Article - Technology related

I need an article written. This article will be 350 words approx. and will be technology related. This article will be published in a provincial business magazine, and must be VERY PROFESSIONAL. It will have a CEO's name/title attached to it so I cannot emphasize the importance of the accuracy of this article enough. the topic has not yet been decided, but right now we are considering something along the lines of "understanding the value of IT" or "What to expect from your IT service provider" regardless it will require a mixture of knowledge from technology and business. Perfectly fluent ENGLISH skills are required, and example work MUST BE PROVIDED with your bid. If you have questions please ask them.
