The task is to find a supplier for creating chair parts for a prototype, placing the order and following the order up to the delivery point. Parts‘ specifications: - Material: Solid wood preferably hard wood such as walnut or oak. Finding wood supplier to be carried out by freelancer. The wood can be purchased separately or be ordered from the CNC service supplier. - Parts’ Finishing: Raw wood, sanded and smooth surface (similar to available reference photos). - The parts must be ready for assembly without additional effort. (According to and as good the 3D model) - Parts dimensions approaximately: Max length: 90 cm, Max width: 15 cm, Max depth: 10 cm (CNC should be big enough for these dimensions). - DWG file of the complete assembled chair is available. Photos from similar objects are available for reference. - Manufacturer’s location: Preferably Europe but not a must - Method: CNC or similar (Must be reproducible) - Max total costs: Including shipping and export tax and excluding Swiss import tax - They will have to be shipped to Switzerland Detailed Tasks: - Find at least 5 suppliers with modern CNC machine which can fulfill the above requirements - Get a quote including final costs, lead time, manufacturing time, shipping duration and method (From all qualified suppliers) - Warranty policy clarification (In case of unsatisfactory quality of parts) Payments: 1. 50% at placing the order to supplier 2. 50% at successful delivery of the parts (Receiving) 3. For these nice-to-have points there will be additional bonus at delivery: a) Wood: Walnut or oak b) Supplier location: Europe c) Proposing effective saving potential d) Certified wood e) How quickly the project is done and the parts are delivered. Notes: - Quality is the key here. That’s why we are emphasizing on an acceptable refund policy. - This is a first phase of project. There might be possibilities for similar projects or extension of this task depending on the success of this project. - The process must be transparent including all suppliers’ name and contacts

I have sourced for table and chair supplier and got good deals for my Italian customer, the sourcing is not always easy but good and detailed researching is helping to find the perfect manufacturer. Proposal: I can help you to find suppliers and also visit them anytime for further discussions and quality control. Payment, shipping and the whole process can be added. We can have anytime a phone or Skype call in German or English. I am open to longer term cooperation I am into supplier sourcing and have a good knowledge of wood quality and processing. Bid Summary Proposal: $180 + freelancer fee. The process (before placing the order) could take between 21 days to one month (according to my experience). Project Requirements You need: 1. The wood and the parts of a chair to be assembled with no extra effort. 2. Supplier/Owner of the CNC machine can also be the supplier of the wood. 3. Project is very similar, almost the same to a number of contracts (arrange production +delivery/shipment) I have handled as owner/manager of Ayda Co.Ltd. I have very good contacts in furniture / wood works industry. I am retired only 2 years now, but still active as consulting to such contracts. This is just a ruting operation for me, even if it is manufacturing of hundreds of sets of chair parts. As you know Turkey is not full member EU, but for trading purposes Turkey has same previlages as other EU countries. I am ready for the prototype manufacturing and later also for hundreds with the hope ofsucces of project.
