Data Base Help(repost)

I hired someone to put up a data base and one thing wasn't finished. I thought it was. I need someone to make all the names in a certain file come off that file after 7 days so people can post new updates. Can you do this? Here is what he worked on: ionCube PHP Encoder Secure and license your PHP scripts with the ionCube PHP Encoder. Protect files with PHP encoding, encryption, obfuscation and licensing capabilities. I am looking for someone who gets back to me within 24 hours and even though my job is small, they take it seriously.
