Hello. I'm an electrical engineer / PCB designer. I can create libraries for components with open-source 3d models for it. Also I can create footprints for components with available dimensions and type of pads/conectors. How many components do you need in this library?

Delivery term vary with the count of components. Important notice! A 3D model will be embedded in each footprint if such is directly available. However, if this is not an option, then a generic 3D model will be created according to component mechanical specification. I could provide samples of library components as a proof upon request. Hello Altium Designer pro here. Can certainly do the symbol and footprint for the board, using the published pcb/layout data for FRDM board to generate footprint which will fit it exactly. Not much else to say here, this is a simple project that I've done for similar boards many times.
