Hello, we have a SOAP webservice that can be called from any source. We would like to document a step-by-step tutorial on how to send data from BMC Remedy ITSM to our webservice. We need the help of someone with access to a BMC Remedy ITSM platform. Our webservice is publicly available in the Internet. We just need help to write the tutorial to configure that integration.

Hello i can help you to write the tutorial to configure that integration. i have many year of esperience with the web server and i have a BMC Redemy ITSM available for this work. For try this integration i would the file wsdl generated with your web service (which contains the description of the fields available and their type and the address in which i can find your web service) and if there are some constraints (login credentials, constraints of data eg . length strings).
