Redmine customisation

I have built a telemedicine portal monitoring 600 patients on Redmine. Great platform. It can save a lot of time and cost for almost any kind of a project. Just build a module you need and use everything there already there: user management, roles managment, module settings, permissions scheme, many usefull modules if needed: news, forums, archive, etc. etc.
