We need a tool to convert LiveCycle PDF forms to HTML5 Responsive forms. Forms would have to be converted to 1 self-contained HTML file (embedded stylesheet and scripts), no external CSS or include files. Developed in .NET, we would get tool and sourcecode when delivered. We have forms developed in LiveCycle from ground up and also forms that were imported from a PDF (have background artwork). We also have a need for a matching Acrobat form that accompanies each HMTL form. Form element names between both must match. If possible would like a way to convert LiveCycle PDF to Acrobat form.
