D3 Interactive chart custome design

Hi, Matt here and can do the chart similar to your provided sample (without using Angular, another javascript library, unnecessary as in the sample). Please provide: 1) the data sets (before accepting the bid); 2) changes to the sample chart required (should the filtering include also individual positions); 3) should several charts be drawn on the same "canvas", or even animated e.g. showing movement of positions in real or accelerated/slow-motion time (it's possible in D3.js quite easily). Looking forward to your reply, I mostly enjoy doing web data visualizations. Regards, Matt P.S. Please disregard unfair Freelancer ratios for skills.
