I need to build a sample product using MatLab or a similar software that shows detection of changes on an image. An example would be a white paper that a dot is being added every frame. I'll need to show a time lapse result of the page from no dots to 100 dots in the right order. Nothing new, I just need a proficient person that can be used later once I need to build an MVP.

Hi there, i have done 2 big project related to image processing using opencv and c++ and Qt ,as i understand you need a program to output pixel changed between two images and to calculate speed of rendering,this can be done using opencv speak with me for more information thanks

I have previously done work in this domain specifically in MATLAB whereby we created an application to perform iris-based authentication scheme which involved extensive image processing using Probablistic Neural Networks (PNN) algorithms and achieved a reasonable efficiency as well. Your project is quite similar to that and I can handle the job quite well.

we can create a movie out of the images in matlab and that will show the change . I've very good experience in matlab and image processing. I've done one project in freelancer in similar field. As Matlab is not added as the required skill, I am showing up as new free lancer
