Create and implement ConnID SCIMv2 connector in java with maven

Task of this project is to analyze and create ConnID SCIMv2 connector and implement it for testing in cloud aplications like (gluu, git, fb cloud, etc.). The main point is to use simple apache libs with maven. The target of this task is to create backend code which is going to be used in existing open source application and will be functional and also with simple documentation of how to use it -> Keywords: backend code (connid, java [best if its in eclipse], rest), maven build, TestNG automatic tests, https client -> Firstly it can be tested at gluu server which is running on VirtualBox and can make standart operations like GET,POST,DELETE,PUT -> I am open to any solution but cant be copied from other opensources can be just inspired by them. Payment will be send after my testing (maybe first half and after testing second half) Price of this project is fixed 100€ and maybe after tests and if its satisfiing enough and quick i can add some € more (25-50) extra. If its gonna be like a scrap of code or not fully functonal but repairable i am willing to pay something too.
