C# & VB Coder Needed For Trading System

I need an Trading Indicator being designed for the "Advantage Trader Pro City Index" system. You will need to download a demo version of this software as it has its own Studio platform for creating systems. It needs to be done on this system as the indicators are slightly different compared to normal MT4. ([login to view URL]) You MUST have past trading experience or back ground to apply! The System Itself: Chart Settings: 1 Hour To show a "Buy" Signal on the chart that the system is attached to when: EMA 7 Crosses Above EMA 21 AND +DI is Above -DI & ADX Signal is over 25 AND MACD Signal is Above 0 To show a "Sell" Signal on the chart that the system is attached to when: EMA 7 Crosses Below EMA 21 AND +DI is Below -DI & ADX Signal is under 25 AND MACD Signal is Below 0 The system DOES NOT need to actually place a trade it just needs to show the signal on the chart and also play a notification sound which is chosen in the Advantage Trader Pro City Index system settings, Please find attached an image of the chart with all the Indicators attached, you will also find example buy and sell signals and how they should appear on the chart Payment will be in two mile stones 50% before work it started 50% after the system has been tested I would also like a small "guide" telling me which lines of code I can change if I wanted to change my variables.
