Build a small application in Visual Basic - VB

I have attached a crude design of something I need creating in VB - code must be well commented I will break down the image. Game Start (box colour GREEN) - this will start the timer to the right with the arrow (Time of Match) Game Finish (box colour RED) - this will end the timer .. but replace the time with the symbol "FT" HalfTime (box colour ORANGE) - this will pause the timer and replace the time with the symbol "HT" Red Card (box colour a RED hash) - this will show a red card symbol in the (current score) box. Timer - this will show the time of the match once the above is activated .. But I must be able to manual change the time if needed Current Score - This will start of being 0-0 once "Game Start" button is clicked! - I must be able to manual change the score if needed. Goal Home (box colour FADED GREEN) - once click this will change the score for the home team .. for example 1-0 As you can see I have gave a lot of detail but it is a very simple project! Goal Away (box colour FADED RED) - once click this will change the score for the Away team .. for example 0-1
