Build a house in Philippines

We want to build a 450 sq mtr L shape Tropical themed house in Tagaytay Highlands. We are looking for initial layout ideas and design. We are looking for initial design concept at this stage, reflecting actual land size and % build restrictions for the lot. Please also follow rules on land easement detailed on attachment. We would be open to an easement between two story front section of the L and rear single story L. We have attached an image of design as a guidance as to what we are looking for.
