Need initial consultations with smart, creative people that can advise on options and directions with a rules engine, decision table and other BRDM tools. Ideally, consultant becomes candidate for longer-term project, if skills and style are the right fit. But early advice on options and approach sought immediately. I'm developing a software product related to travel and am looking to build a team (of one, or many -- depends on skill sets). I'm in the requirements phase and interested in tools I've seen related to Business Rules Management Systems. Complex logic that will need to be regularly updated (by a domain specialist - me!) is at the heart of the app. Interested in advice at this early stage, if you have the right experience and skills.
