I'm looking for well-experienced Windows application developers to modify code to an existing windows application which is created using WPF C# .NET Ghostscript itextsharp for pdf manipulation and has some amount of web service integration. It doesn't sound very difficult. I'm not familiar with WPF, Ghostscript, or itextsharp, but I know how to parse / edit text files in C#, and from your description, this appears to be what is required.
