Machine Learning

Require a freelancer(s) to do some some work on a project written in C#. Freelancer will be designing / implementing in an existing project a series of machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems on existing data sources. \r\n\r\nRequirements:\r\n\r\n- Must be strong in C#, ASP.net and JavaScript (project is a web app)\r\n- Must have good working knowledge of machine learning / statistical algorithms and their implementation using C#\r\n- Must have a understanding of visualization of data\r\n- Must have a solid understanding of SQL\r\n- This is a project at a fixed price with a fixed set of tasks which will be defined as the project progresses\r\n- Freelancer must be reliable and dependable, communication of status is a key\r\n\r\nProject is ongoing and will be solid work until the end of 2014.
