Originally from Germany but now residing in Northeast LA, I'm a mom of two boys and a grandma of a super cute little 9-month-old boy. So I know a bit or two about kids. Plus, I am very much into organic and sustainable products and healthy living. I would call myself a very educated person when it comes to these topics. Although I can of course also play an 'innocent' customer who knows nothing, depending on what you want to achieve. Furthermore, I am a marketing professional with 20+ years of extensive experience - also in market research - and conducted mystery shopping for some projects myself. So in theory, I would be able to develop my own 'survey form' or checklist, if you would want me to do so. I'm also knowledgeable when it comes to aspects like product presentation in the store and the overall impression of the store. Plus I am able to impersonate any persona/customer and get whatever information you want to achieve out of it.
