I have my website that is written in opencart. I need to modify some changes. one of the changes I need is I need a file to be uploaded by admin to change the order status from current to completed and the client be able to download this file from the completed order. second I need you to ensure that any message sent by the customer is recieved by the admin. Please I prefer not to work with any Indian coz they are big liars. only apply this when you know what is required and you can manage it. I need to spend less than $100 for thi. if you are good then I will pay you more to design the layout of the user interface
