50-100 Backlinks Needed Plus Pining and Bookmarking

WHAT WE NEED: We are looking for 50-100 Angelas/Pauls backlinks on PR 3+ permanent, manually acquired one-way backlinks to our website... meaning no using bots or software to acquire the links please. Links should be from relevant sites using an anchor text and/or keywords I will provide. We are looking for a 100% white hat seo ethical person to assist us with a number of sites, this is the first of several we would like to try. Here are the Full Details: We would like you to build 50-100 quality PR3 (or above) backlinks in approximately 30 days. No more than 2-4 a day and at the end of each week an updated report be provided in excel format. - the links must be 'do follow' and our text links must be visible, readable, and indexable - the links should be on sites related to our niche - the links must be permanent, conventional text links that link directly to the target website - no redirects, iframes, javascript etc -Links should be from English language websites only (US, UK, Canada, Australia, etc) - the links must be located on pages which have been indexed by Google. -One link per domain. - the links must be located on pages with less than 25 outgoing links - NO link directories, link farms, guest books or splogs. - No links from any porn, gambling, pharma, warez or spam sites - Absolutely NO BLACK HAT techniques whatsoever. -Use backlinks [login to view URL] no exceptions. -Links must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days I am also willing to accept some (not all please) links from: Blog and forum posts, article submissions, social bookmarking sites, do follow comment links, SO LONG as they are RELEVANT and that is not all the focus is on. Pinging and bookmarking would be helpful as well once the links are in place.
