SEO/Link Building

Im looking for increased traffic through SEO. My site ([login to view URL]) is in a very low competition market so results should show fairly quickly. I know a nice amount about SEO but I'm no expert, so I would like to see what strategies your company plans on using to do this (one way link building, optimization, etc...) for your specified price. No PPC. So other then no PPC campaigns, and nothing that will threaten to have me banned from Google, I leave the job of the experts to the experts, you have full control with any strategies, AS LONG AS THEY'RE LEGIT. - I have a larger site that deals with hosting information that I would also like done, so I'm looking at this as a trial site, since the results will be much more immediate here. The hosting site needs much more done (scripts, forms, SEO, PR3+ one way link building) and will take longer for the results to show. So working on this site should yield the results much faster. If the results are good, you'll be highly considered for my hosting information site, which currently has a little under 400 pages. The better the results now, the more likely you are to be rehired. - Looking at the competition, you should be able to get my site in to the top 5 under the main keywords. Only bid if you feel confident that this can be done. Please include (in the bid or in a PM) what you believe my PR ranking will be in 'x' amount of time, examples of previous SEO sites you've done and expected yahoo and Google positions, judging from the competition. No generic bids please. Only one-way links are accepted, no banned Google pages, no doorway, link farm, top list, adult pages. Must be permanent links. No hijacked PR's.
