Basically all forum posting, pretty simple. Employee should know how to use discretion and not overly spam forums. Worker should also be creative and able to respond or interact intelligibly and with proper or at least pretty good English. Worker should know how to act on their feet and add to, partake in finding new forums and post where is most effective (most views/replies/interaction)
