Affiliate Recruiting Manager Full Time Needed - Hourly + Bonus! Great growing company

We are looking for an affiliate recruiting manager to hire to recruit new affiliate members to our newly launching affiliate program. We run a website which is doing very well and is highly ranked on search engines, but we want to launch an affiliate program and have it grow quickly. We will pay hourly for the work to be completed, and also have commission bonus on affiliates you recruit to the program. The affiliate program is highly profitiable with the average commission per sale for affiliates around $25 and we run a high converting professional website, so the sales pitch will not be hard to recruit affiliates.
