oscommerce additions/customisation

I need the following additions and customisation for our oscommerce site: 1) install,setup and customise standard paypal & direct deposit/TT and payments procedure 2) install selected oscommerce editor addon, for newsletter & extra pages,and prepare test with 2 template newsletters.(addon url/location will be provided) 3) Convert 5 prepared word doc pages onto website 4) customise 5 standard auto emails (registration notification/order /welcome/ etc using supplied text.
