Dissect Recent Rat Study Relating to Hair Loss and Design Educated Guess Protocol for Humans (Educational Purposes)

Given the recent finding of a possible way to combat hair loss found here: [login to view URL] You will read and interpret the results with the drug being used (UK5099) on the rats. You will then come out with an educated guess of what would that translate to for humans use. You will then design a 6-month protocol that should contain the following: 1. Amount (milligrams) of drug used per day 2. A proper vehicle for the drug I would also like to know about possible side effects that a user may encounter - as well as the best possible way to approach this problem. You will be given the full report and links to the necessary resources.
