Data Analyst - E-Commerce

We're searching for an eCommerce Data analyst to support our rapidly growing [login to view URL] business unit. We’re looking for someone with advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and critical thinking ability, 2 Years’ experience in eCommerce and at least 1 year with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central. You will be primarily dealing with day-to-day operations including: preparing weekly sales reporting (utilizing excel workbooks); profit margin assessment and analysis; product sales and profitability analyses, credit card processing and program-related accounting. Additionally you help with the management of products (content, images, pricing, inventory, and marketing campaigns within our catalog of 40 products currently available for purchase on [login to view URL], eBay, and direct on our sites) and be part of the eCommerce team responsible for R&D, sourcing, importing, warehousing, and in-bounding new products to Amazon. Responsibilities: Proficiency in producing eCommerce sales reporting (extensive use of pivot tables, macros, v-lookup, and other advanced formulas required) and other forecasting and profitability reporting needed to help inform business decisions Developing Amazon reporting summaries, search term analytics and competitive bench-marking and make recommendations to drive business KPIs Understanding of Amazon Seller Central and the FBA program with practical experience managing product listings Perform business accounting-related tasks as directed Contacting Amazon to resolve product listing issues Ability to write title, bullets, effective copy, product classifications, to positively impact natural results with Amazon’s algorithm SKU and UPC management: descriptions, new item set up, activation/deactivation, attribute and image optimization, inventory and shipment management Monitoring product inventory and direct flow of inventory to Amazon Experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads a PLUS Qualifications: 2 + years of eCommerce experience 1 year Amazon FBA / Seller Central Experience Excellent MS Excel skills and advanced data reporting experience is required BA/BS in accounting, finance, or like degree, from 4-year university required Experience with Amazon Sponsored Ads a PLUS Willingness to work at a fast pace and think on your feet Ability to strategize, analyze, and optimize around data Team player with strong collaboration skills.
