Business Developement Manager for Software Start up

Skills and Qualification: Should passed BCA/BTECH/MCA/MTECH/Diploma or have similar degree with Computer science as one subject. Should have minimum 6 months software sales experiance. Should posses good communication skills. Should be a hard working and quick learner. Should have own laptop and smart phone for working in this project. Should be from Kolkata,WestBengal. Project tasks involved. -Need to work from your own area and infastaructure. -Should be available for work in office time(ie Mon-Fri 10 A.M-6 P.M) -Work with the management to grow the start up. -Work closely with sales contractor to achieve sales target. -Finding new sales contractor in new region. -finding new Leads and convert them into customer. -Supporting existing customer and new prospects with their queries.(Non technical support) Payment. Rs 10000(Salary) + Rs 2000(Misc expense related to travel and phone)= Rs 12000 for per month. The full payment will be received only when you achive sales target that is currently 70 K/per month. In case you achieve half of target ie 35K, you will receive half salary(Rs-5000 +2000)=7000 and other part of the salary will be on hold. In case you do not achieve even half of sales target, your will not reveive anything alll will be on hold. In case you fulllfill the previous months targets by acheiving more in current month, you will get previous months on hold salary. After end of every quarter(ie 3 months), all the on hold portion of your sales, you will get flat 10 % of the closing value. If you do not achieve half of target for consequitive 3 months, what ever you achieved you will get flat 10% and your service will be terminated. We may revised tearms and condition after every 6 months.
