Website Design/Development Sales - Commission Based

I am hoping to find great salespeople to help me with my venture on a commission-only basis. I am selling starter websites for UK Consultant Doctors who are interested in gaining an online presence for their private practice. This is a niche area but with great potential, as the Private Medical Practice sector is growing in the UK, with more Consultant Doctors also realising the benefit of having a website. My company will be offering starter website and hosting packages for sale. I am looking for a sales person to bring in leads, and be paid on a commission basis. If you have lists in other sectors you feel you will be successful in selling simple business websites to, please feel free to message me also, I can consider other sectors as well as the Medical field.
