We have a number of web apps developed in a Rails backend. We are looking to refactor existing apps and add test coverage in code climate. We are looking for a person or a team that has a strong process and can deliver on a milestone-based approach. We would like to understand your Rails related expertise, agile methodologies and tools you use and how you interface with the clients.
