I am an Arduino programmer and I'm currently designing a self driving car. we can give your hovertrain line sensing and collision detection. You can log into the eye of your hover train and control it via wifi and or rf.. Add bluetooth, a serial mp3 player and ur hovering. You can also add gps and it can learn to train itself around. Since you went that far, you can add a 4g internet board and a small solar array and you can control it extra remote.. lol but no joke. We can build it. I have hardware and code already written to implement this. You can get all that via Amazon and Ill even put you on to the best company to deal with. They have instructions, docs and code examples. If you are not coder C++ I can help you out with that by sending you hex files already compiled and you can load them onto the board via pc or phone.
