RESTful API over HTTP with XML payloads

I want a developer who can build some non-native functionalities in an Application called QuickBase([login to view URL]). The functionalities are as mentioned below: 1. If I enter a purchase order for one Project. It should automatically get assigned to all Installs under that Project. Where one Project(Table Name) has many Installs(Table Name) 2. I should be able to upload multiple files in the same row at once. 3. I want a download button on the dashboard to download all the attachments in the attachments table at once. 4. When a user uploads an attachment, the attachments should get renamed based on {ProjectName_ClientName_SiteName)} Note: I am QuickBase Developer myself but I need help to build non-native QuickBase functionalities.
