Research on Workplace learning in India

I need research to be able to write a report on "Workplace learning in India" now and into the future. I want 10 previously published articles (preferably in pdf format), which can be downloaded from the internet but must have been published. They must have been published in academic journals or books within the past 10 years (2 can be from National highly regarded newspapers like Wall St Journal or New York Times or India's equivalent) about the state of workplace learning and skills development within the workplace in India. They can be about specific examples but not all about the same industry.
