Exciting New Eco Friendly Condo Development We require a CREATIVE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER to render in 3D designs for new CONDOS – an ECO Friendly Tropical Development in a rural CARIBBEAN BEACH location. This will include communication regarding INTERIOR DESIGN and the designer’s recommendations for interior rooms and detailed creative additions to the EXTERIOR images of the architect drawings to add DRAMA to the design such as: • wood • stone tile • lighting • xeriscape landscaping around the We have a modern architectural design and plans however since the building will be Eco friendly and rural we want to add interesting, innovative but not necessarily expensive details. We need top quality work to use for pre-sales so PHOTO QUALITY 3D renderings are required. We have PDFs of the drawings and renderings so far, we have added 2 images of work so far; on request we can send more info. • Exterior 3D of building and lot • Master plan of lot with 3 buildings, entrance, garden and pool • 3Ds of living room with balcony, kitchen (kitchen and living room area open plan/same room), 2 bathrooms (similar design one larger than the other), 2 bedrooms (similar design, one larger than the other). • Communication in English is highly important, however we do also speak Spanish We will build one of the buildings in 2019.
