In this project all dimensions must be in metric. The goal of this project is to have a Sketchup model of house and it's floor plans created from the hand drawn diagram provided. The house is one (2) level and approximately 130 square metres. The house will have the following rooms/spaces: 1. Kitchen 2. Dining room 3. Lounge 4. 2x Bedrooms 5. 2x Bathrooms 6. Stairs 7. Terace 8. Pool You will need to be able to accurately create and deliver a floor plan in Sketchup that is based on the hand drawn diagram provided. Additional measurements may be required to enable you to complete an accurate floor plan. The floor plans will include: 1. the existing layout 2. the proposed layout with changes to the existing layout 3. the proposed layout only Each floor plan should show the following: * Exterior and interior walls to standard dimensions * Windows * Doors * Room labels The Sketchup model will be used to assist further development and inform decisions about design ideas and concepts. Construction drawings are NOT in the scope of this project (i.e. not required). The Sketchup file must be able to be edited and developed further. It should be possible to use the model to produce construction drawings, i.e. as a separate project. All dimensions must be in metric. Will provide the existing 3d house plans along with floor plans to the winner of the project. Thanks!
