Architectural design for a home

Good Afternoon, I am looking to get a house built, we have looked at tons of floor plans online and like bits and pieces of different plans but want to try and incorporate quite a few things together because there are just certain things we want meshed together into one house. I have uploaded a few of the floor plans in which we liked some of the qualities. We are planning to do a barndominium, so the building will be more square than anything. 3 car garage is a must. At least one of those spots needs high ceilings (12') to incorporate a standard automotive 2 postlift. We like the idea of there being a mud room with access from the outside maybe next to the garage? with the laundry room off of the mud room. We also want a study that has 2 doors leading into it, one from a common area and one leading to the master bedroom ( if not door leading to master bedroom at least next to the master bedroom). Master should have a nice size walk in closet and the bath tub should be a soaker tub with jets. shower can utilize bath tub area or maybe a big walk in shower area with the soaker tub directly next to it in the same tiled in area. (similar to picture uploaded but normal soaker tub not a claw foot). Need at least 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths. upstairs is prefered for all or most non master bedrooms. An upstairs family room and art's/crafts room. We like the L shaped Living/Family room kitchen dining room setup where both living room and dining room are visible from the kitchen. There should be a water closet for the water heater and water valves in the garage area. High ceilings in the family room would be a plus. Maybe a balcony from above that looks down on it.
