I am looking for IT Recruiter who can source local resumes in malaysia, singapore, I may not be able to provide job portals there. so recruiter must hunt the right resume from his/her own database or linkedin. I have assignments which are in IT , Engineering, Telecom, Marketing, Sales. Please share your reference work which you have been done before? A recruiter can earn based on fixed monthly / Incentive model. We can discuss both the model.
