substitute words from a txt

I want a python software that is able to read a text file (see [login to view URL]) and to substitute its words according to a sound equivalence (see [login to view URL]). The sound equivalences could come from the soundex module (see: [login to view URL]) or from a pre-made array, list or a dictionary inside or outside the program itself. It doesn't matter. The program should run like a "chinese whispers" game, in which every cycle determines a substitution of sound-equivalent words.
