Send Option Combo Order to Interactive Broker

I need a tools to help me select option order and form a option combo like credit spread of each individual stock and when i click confirm to send then the tools will send these batch order to Interactive Brokers what i will do is, on my terminal i check the stock, while i changing stock, the terminal will update to a text file of the stock symbol, so the tools recognize the change of symbol in text file and chances the option chain of the symbol and i pick what option combo i want, then the tools base on blackshole model suggest a price for the option combo, i can change the price of the option combo if needed, and the tools will also check on my portfolio what options i already have and store in a daily JSON file, it will show alert color if i have a position will be affected such as the option combo will close it or affect it, this is for me to avoid of repeat order or affect the current order, after selected several or many option combo, before i send in these order, i can have a list view to them, after final checking, i will click confirm and send, then through IB API it send order to IB trading and transmit. and the tools record my send in data into another daily JSON file.
