Google Drive file listing

I'm looking for you to create a python program/script that will connect to someone's Google drive account via oauth link. Then it will create the directory and paths on the computer the way it is shown on their Google drive. Essentially cloning how a person's Google drive looks onto their pc. The path where all folders and text files will be stored can be customized by the person using the python script. Such as saving to /Downloads/Drive/ Instead of having the actual files in the directories on the computer, the python script will create a text file with the same name+extension as the file on the Google drive except ending in txt obviously. So [login to view URL] Inside every txt file that is created will be a specific base url (same base url for every txt file) followed by the path to the text file on the computer including the file name and extension. I should be able to modify the base url if I go to edit the python program though. The python script will run continuously and any updates or changes made to Google drive will be made on the computer as well. If the program stops running for any reason such as an unexpected computer restart, the next time the python script runs it will pick up where it left off previously. So there should be no reason for the python script to start from scratch unless the DB or whatever is keeping track gets corrupted or deleted. This must avoid the Google API limit & must be able to choose either a team drive or personal drive in the code. Also must be compatible with multiple operating systems such as windows, linux, and Mac osx.
