Create a Service API -- 3

After the first version of the project, an improvement based on the current version of the code. The current project is an API, simple, that has holds the operations over two tables, without authentication. The main job of the project will be implement authentication and add two tables to the database, in order to hold the data. Technologies to be used are Python (2.7 or 3.4) with Flask, and PostgreSQL as backend option. I will value experience in similar projects, so if you have any previous example of your work will be taken into consideration. This project will scale in the future, so performing a good job here will likely lead to more opportunities of collaboration.
