Need B2B PR partner in Dallas for November event

Hello! We have a client that is doing an event in Dallas in November 2018 and need a partner in your city. Mostly interested in B2B Media/Journalist outreach in Dallas prior to this event. Do you have any experience in the Transportation/Logistics industry?Our client is an International Tech/logistics Transportation company from Poland who has partnered with Government and Large corporations in the US and Dallas is a target market. We need a partner in Dallas who can: - Advise us how to best approach and reach Dallas Business media - Collaborate with Corporate and Municipal partner PR departments to adapt and send out the press releases focusing on the event from the Poland perspective - Follow-up with Media to drive coverage and attend the event or interview business leaders. - Attend the event to welcome Journalists who have RSVP's and act as an ambassador to make introductions to the company leaders and spokespersons for potential interviews and picture ops. You do not have to plan or organize the event just co-host the check-in table to welcome Journalists/Media who have RSVP's. Thank you, Mark
