Backlinks Forum/Blog Commenting

Need some blog commenting done for a new website in order to get decent backlinks from blogs that may or may not be "do-follow". The most important thing is that the comments are accepted and stay for a long while. We want to make sure these comments are in "good" neighborhoods on the net as well as high ranking blogs. We also want to make sure the comments are on blogs that have good PR - 3 and above and a multiple domains not a few domains you may or may not control. Forum comments are also welcome as long as a link can be left behind.
