Our expanding, fast paced payments company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our team. You will be in charge of ensuring day to day operations for our organisation's business. You will also be assisting our technical department with meeting strict project deadlines, assisting the finance team to coordinate regular weekly payouts and ensure timely communication to management and clients. Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in operations management (or a related field) and have prior experience in a management or leadership position. A deep understanding of financial management is also a plus. Operations Manager Responsibilities: Coordinate planning of projects, Taking ownership of client issues and ensure they are compelted to a a final solution, dealing with client operations queries Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures. Assist HR with recruiting when necessary. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. Work with senior stakeholders. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations. Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short as well as long-term goals. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations to streamline operations Support worker communication with management Operations Manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field. Experience in management, operations, and leadership. Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management. Excellent English Verbal and Written communication skills. Self Starting and Ambitious Solid understanding of financial management.
