We are a web agency specialized in web development with over 2 years of experience in the online industry. I've been considering to extend a business with a reliable partner (we are in India) who would outsource projects to my company. Essentially we will be handling design, development and team/project management while my partner would be meeting up with clients to come up with projects. Considering how much websites and apps have been expanding in the last few years, I think this would be a viable business.
