Currently have SOP documentation and workflows in several different applications. We requires some one well-versed in project management best practices and experienced with Podio to create and setup the items, apps and workflows in Podio so that the processes are trackable and automated. This is a test task to evaluate the suitability of Podio for our organization as well as the contractor. We are open to other alternatives like Teamwork. For this project, the contractor will be responsible for documenting the process and app building to import 3 types of data: 1. SOPs formatted in Word doc files 2. Excel spreadsheets with Gantt charts 3. Mindmaps exported as CSV text file All that is required is to format and import 1 file from each of the above 3 categories. You will need to document the process of any formatting changes in the source file and any app creation in Podio to make the data usable and organized.

I am a PMP with more than 10 years of experience on software development projects, I havent worked on Podio but I believe it would be no different than other online project management softwares. I do have worked on SAP, Sharepoint and MS project modules. This project will also give me an opportunity to explore Podio!
