Manage creating reports, presentations and campaigns

Minimal SEO experience required Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently Must be available during pacific business hours (8am – 5pm PST) Must be able to communicate over skype and be available for a video chat before work You will be communicating with one of our managers on a regular basis Must have basic Microsoft office knowledge Must have basic understanding of keywords This contract pays monthly for 6 months You will be using our proprietary seo software on a regular basis to put together pre-determined seo campaigns, reports, and presentations to be sent out to business clients. You will be using the software to collect links and placing them into excel sheets, as well as taking screenshots for powerpoint presentations. Every other Friday is link day, at that time you will be responsible for having a completed excel sheet for all clients. We have roughly 50 clients that need to be put weekly in to our seo program with the keywords that we choose. We will train you to use our program and you will get the list of keywords from us weekly. With every additional 10 clients that are added to your list, we will discuss an increase in pay. We need you to run keyword ranking reports on the given keywords once a week and email them back to us so that we can send them to our clients. We also need a link report, which are the links that our seo program builds pulled from the system and sent to us colored coded. ( we will send you a mock up for you to follow ) This can be done every other week. DAILY: Setup and monitoring of client campaigns as needed to meet link-day deadlines WED: Keyword ranking reports in powerpoint Every other FRI: Putting together all links built in excel DO NOT ATTEMPT to sell us any other services, saying you can rank us on Google etc. We are hiring for these specific tasks only!
