Live streaming in smartphones(Blackberry, Android, Symbian, Window and iPhone)

We need a mobile application which will facilitate the mobile users to watch TV channels online. I will provide you the streaming links of TV channels which may be in mms, rtsp and rtmp format. You can see the sample of the application which we are looking for at <[login to view URL]> We need this application for all type of smart phones including Blackberrys, Android OS, Symbian OS, iPhone and Window OS. So if you can build this application in some of the platform, then also you can bid. I would like to discuss the idea in details with the interested developer. Having prior experience in developing video streaming applications for blackberry would be given preference.
