Barebones iPhone App creation - ongoing project

I would like a bare bones application created that is in a similar vein to what gets produced by the "free" app builders out there such as [login to view URL] It will need to have all functionality available and be highly configurable so that someone with a little knowledge could change parameters within xcode and create variations of the app for different niches. The functionality will need to include: * RSS Feeds * Photo gallery (either from flickr feed or via folder of local images) * PhoneGap html support * GeoRSS feed ability * mapkit with ability to call google api and plot various locations on the map * Ability to post photos and comments and geocode the users location All this functionality will need to be part of a tabbed application and easily modified or various parts removed when not required for that particular app. Questions are welcome.
