Create a batch file using Google Auth

I have a batch file that displays some information, when I press any key it then proceeds to load a database. I have my own Google Auth already built that allows the customer to scan the code and add it to the Google Auth application so it displays the numbers. What I need is when I run the batch file it asks the user for the Google Auth code, without the code the file doesn't load.
